TOMMY LEE Autobiography Due In October
July 14, 2004Former MÖTLEY CRÜE drummer Tommy Lee's long-awaited autobiography, "Tommyland", is scheduled for release on October 19 through Atria Books, the hardcover imprint of Simon & Schuster. As previously reported, the 320-page book, which was originally rumored to have been titled "Ragz to Riches" (and later "Misunderstood" and "An Illustrated Man"),will contain many details not included in the CRÜE's best-selling band autobiography, "The Dirt: Confessions of the World's Most Notorious Rock Band". "'The Dirt' was only a look into four guys' lives," Lee said in a web posting. "This is a microscope into only mine. This will be a mindblower! People really don't know all!" Pre-orders for the $17.68 book are currently being accepted at Amazon.com.
